The legendary pilot of Jaeger Lucky Seven, who took a controversial move into moving from active service to testing the new models as they are ran off the production line. His partner left the PPDC after that three-Jaeger drop in Manila with Gispy Danger and Horizon Brave, which was also Herc's last time in one of the machines fighting.
